Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1975, Andrew has worked in a wide variety of firms, from a role in training in a small North London practice to partnership with one of the world’s largest law firms.
For several years he was head of the litigation practice at Rowe & Maw before becoming the firm’s managing partner. He then combined practice with a long-term secondment as head of litigation at a brokerage, where he ran a large professional indemnity scheme for solicitors. He was also for many years head of his firm’s Pensions Litigation practice.
As a professional development consultant, Andrew’s approach is firmly rooted in his ability to relate to the challenges facing senior professionals and his understanding of the many different economic and competitive business pressures that impact professional services firms today.
