With a career that spans both the private and the public sectors, Claire offers a rare understanding of the practical challenges of leading and developing the people of organisations of widely differing size, complexity and business model. She has a particular interest and expertise in working with corporate clients on consultancy and business coaching projects that are focused on senior corporate leadership development, organisational development and communication.
Her experience as Chief Executive of a leading London barristers’ set means that she is very much at home with the culture and professional environment of the law.
Senior appointments in the National Health Service – at both NHS and Health Authority levels – mean that Claire is also highly experienced in the management of enterprises with large-scale multi-skilled workforces involving strategic planning and the direction of major projects.
Claire is currently undertaking doctoral research into developing the coaching relationship.
