Initially qualifying as a solicitor, Elizabeth has spent most of her career in the quasi-regulatory and financial services sectors with some 16 years’ experience in senior leadership positions – Managing Director of the Solicitors Indemnity Fund, Managing Director at Zurich Professional and Executive Director at Aon Professional Risks.
Her roles have encompassed wide-ranging leadership & strategic challenges, including major organisational transformation, embedding cultural change, developing and sustaining business performance and building management capability.
Elizabeth’s extensive management and organisational development experience, as well as her background in risk management, inform her current performance development and executive coaching work with professional services firms. Her portfolio of work with senior professionals and those moving into more senior roles spans a broad spectrum of leadership and performance challenges to which she brings valuable expertise, insight and empathy drawn from her own hands-on leadership experience.
